Dr. Rishit Harbada is a nephrologist (kidney specialist). He has completed his MBBS from VIMS, Ahmednagar and has been a gold medalist throughout his MBBS. He was awarded the best outgoing student of the year. He has achieved distinction in 7 subjects in MBBS. He accomplished his MD in Medicine from Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences, Mumbai. He also completed DNB in medicine from National board of examinations, New Delhi. He then joined Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre for DNB Superspeciality in Nephrology which he cleared with flying colours. He holds the membership of the prestigious Royal College of physicians, London, UK. He is also European speciality examination in Nephrology (MRCP, Nephrology) Certified.

He was recently awarded the MNAMS in Nephrology by National academy of medical sciences, Delhi. He has recieved various awards for paper presentations at state and national level conferences. He was honoured with the prestigious AMAR GANDHI AWARD for being the best resident in Jaslok hospital.

He also won the Apex-Cedars Sinai 2019, 10TH Nephrology BRC Quiz where he will be awarded a fellowship in transplant at Sydney. He has multiple publications to his credit. Dr. Rishit now practises as a consultant Nephrologist/ kidney specialist and transplant physician at various top hospitals in Mumbai.

The main aim is to provide best comprehensive care for patients with kidney diseases. His passion is to take care of patients with all kinds of kidney problems which include acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy, glomerular diseases dialysis, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home haemodialysis, critically sick patients needing dialysis support, hypertension, patient awaiting kidney transplantation and post kidney transplant care.
